Compliance Standard

Prime Ads Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy establishes the compliance rules and standards governing every merchant, campaign, and ad account across the Prime Ads platform and connected Shopify stores.

Last updated: October 1, 2026·Official Legal Policy
Section 1

General Principles

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the mandatory operational rules that apply to every customer, merchant, and authorized user of the Prime Ads service, operated by WCATFM LLC, 1507 Lampman Ct, Cheyenne, WY 82007-3341, United States (“Prime Ads,” “we,” “us”). This AUP forms an integral part of our Terms of Service.

Prime Ads ad accounts and automated campaign infrastructures maintain exceptional delivery stability because every participant operates clean, compliant campaigns. A single merchant's violation can jeopardize account standing, advertising assets, and partner relationships for our entire network. Therefore, we enforce this AUP strictly and reserve the right to decline, pause, or remove any campaign, creative asset, or merchant workspace that fails to meet these standards.

You must use Prime Ads, your connected ad accounts, and our Shopify application:

  • In strict compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in every jurisdiction where your ads are served or products sold;
  • In full compliance with third-party advertising network rules, including Meta Advertising Standards, Meta Business Tools Terms, TikTok Commercial Policies, and the Shopify Acceptable Use Policy;
  • Honestly, transparently, and in good faith toward consumer audiences, platform partners, and Prime Ads.

If third-party platform rules and this AUP differ, the stricter rule shall apply.

Section 2

Prohibited Products & Offers

You may not advertise, promote, sell, link to, or otherwise utilize the Prime Ads platform or Shopify tracking extension in connection with:

  • Illegal or Unregulated Products: Any product, service, or transaction that is unlawful in the merchant's jurisdiction or any target consumer market.
  • Controlled Substances & Pharmaceuticals: Prescription medicines, recreational drugs, drug paraphernalia, or unregulated supplements (including substances flagged or banned by public health authorities such as the FDA or EMA).
  • Weapons & Dangerous Goods: Firearms, ammunition, explosive devices, firearm components, tactical combat blades, and weapon blueprints or modification kits.
  • Tobacco & Inhalants: Cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, vaping hardware, nicotine e-liquids, or related paraphernalia.
  • Adult & Sexually Suggestive Content: Pornography, adult entertainment services, escort services, or explicit sexual wellness products marketed aggressively.
  • Counterfeit & Infringing Goods: Knock-offs, replicas, imitation designer products, or any goods infringing third-party intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights.
  • Gambling & Betting: Online casinos, sports betting, lotteries, or real-money sweepstakes, unless fully licensed in every targeted jurisdiction and explicitly approved in advance.
  • Exploitation & Inappropriate Material: Any content involving human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or depictions of minors in an inappropriate or harmful context.
Section 3

Deceptive & Misleading Practices

All marketing materials, checkout experiences, and storefront landing pages connected to Prime Ads must be honest and verifiable. Prohibited practices include:

  • Scams & Fraud: Phishing mechanisms, counterfeit giveaways, fake sweepstakes, identity deception, or attempts to obtain payment or credentials under false pretenses.
  • Fabricated Social Proof: Fake reviews, fabricated customer ratings, artificial urgency or countdown timers, and unauthorized endorsements using likenesses of public figures or celebrities.
  • Deceptive Editorial Formats: “Advertorial” or news-style layouts designed to deceive customers into believing marketing copy is objective journalism.
  • Unsubstantiated Financial Promises: “Get rich quick” schemes, guaranteed-return claims, multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid structures, or unlicensed cryptocurrency and binary options promotions.
  • Unsubstantiated Health & Miracle Claims: False or exaggerated cosmetic, dietary, or medical claims; unrealistic before-and-after imagery; and messaging designed to generate negative self-perception or eating disorders.
  • Subscription Traps & Hidden Charges: Negative-option billing, ambiguous recurring renewal terms, hidden processing fees, or checkout funnels that obscure cancellation mechanisms. Price, billing intervals, and cancellation terms must be prominently displayed.
Section 4

Harmful & Abusive Content

You may not publish or promote content that fosters harm, hatred, or division:

  • Hate Speech & Harassment: Attacks, degradation, intimidation, or discriminatory statements directed against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or gender.
  • Violence & Shocking Material: Depictions of extreme physical violence, gore, self-harm, cruelty, or content intended to shock and distress viewers.
  • Misinformation & Manipulation: False or misleading content regarding civic elections, democratic voting processes, or verified public health emergencies.
  • Malware & Intrusive Software: Distribution of viruses, spyware, trojans, ransomware, or websites that execute unauthorized browser downloads or pop-under redirects.
Section 5

Technical Conduct & Platform Abuse

Merchants must not abuse our infrastructure or attempt to circumvent automated review safeguards:

  • Circumvention & Cloaking: Utilizing IP cloaking, user-agent sniffing, dynamic content alteration, or redirect chains to display one version of a page to automated review crawlers and a different version to human buyers.
  • Post-Approval Modification: Substantially altering approved creative assets, landing pages, or product offers after clearing the Pre-Check AI or ad network review without re-submission.
  • Ban Evasion & Asset Recirculation: Attempting to use Prime Ads accounts to market brands, domains, pages, or entities that have been previously suspended, flagged, or disabled by Meta, TikTok, or Shopify.
  • Intermediary Concealment: Using bridge domains, link shorteners, or multi-hop pre-landers specifically to disguise the ultimate destination of an ad.
  • System Interference: Attempting to decompile, probe, reverse-engineer, or scrape the Pre-Check AI algorithms or platform API endpoints, or bypassing rate limits and security controls.
  • Account Resale & Unauthorized Transfer: Renting, selling, sublicensing, or transferring access to Prime Ads accounts or managed ad accounts to third parties without prior written authorization.
Section 6

Data, Tracking & Privacy Compliance

When configuring and operating the Prime Ads tracking pixel on Shopify stores, merchants must respect privacy laws:

  • Valid Legal Basis & Consent: You must maintain an adequate legal basis (such as informed consent where mandated by GDPR or ePrivacy directives) prior to collecting customer data through our pixel or transmitting conversion signals.
  • Storefront Disclosures: You must clearly inform your storefront customers about tracking pixels, conversion measurement, and data sharing with advertising partners in your store's privacy policy.
  • No Sensitive Personal Data: You must not configure custom pixel events to transmit sensitive personal information, such as health records, biometric indicators, religious beliefs, or data concerning minors.
  • Protection of Children: You may not direct advertising campaigns toward, or knowingly collect behavioral data from, children below the legal age of consent.
Section 7

Monitoring & Enforcement

Prime Ads reserves the right (though assumes no general obligation) to audit ad accounts, landing page URLs, creative assets, and tracking activity to verify adherence to this AUP.

Enforcement Actions

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that a violation of this AUP has occurred or is imminent, we may immediately take any of the following measures:
• Reject or revoke clearance of specific creatives or offers;
• Pause, stop, or remove active ad sets and campaigns;
• Suspend or terminate your Prime Ads account and disconnect the Shopify app;
• Exclude the affected account from our Restore-or-Replace commitments;
• Notify relevant platform partners (such as Meta, TikTok, or Shopify) or regulatory and law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
